I don’t even want to mention how inhumane it is, cause obviously they don’t care. I never thought I'd say this but it’s better to perform a regular wave of layoffs then to force us to quit with all these shifts an insecutity.

PTCs were the heart of this company! If they are expendable then so are the rest of us! Just sayin
There is no mystery here and the answer is very simple. Do you think this company wants to lay off people so they then have to pay them unemployment? No. They want you to quit so you are not eligible fpr unemployment. Cut and dry.

Who said that they are trying to get rid 20 yr plus associates that's bs..
We are the heart and soul of the company. We have seen it at the highest to the lowest of all the company changes .
Smh... just RUMORS
After they eliminate all the remaining 20yr+ people and anyone with a disability they will just switch to temporary workers only. Everyone will have to reapply every 6 months.
Because if they fire you, they have to pay you unemployment
