How will they determine who from nightshift gets AM shift and who gets PM shift????

What are the shifts?
By ability and store needs I would guess. Because the couple of long term people we have left on overnights are the only ones that know how to drive a lift. They take the same shift and the other shift won't have anyone that can drive.
Probably by your hired date. You get to decide which shift you want.
If you are full time, you can work any shift. That's how.it should be done. Open availability is key. But I'm sure people will see its unfair and not right
In my club it was by senority for morning shift all others got night shift
