Lol nothing changes. I've been around awhile and they've taken all the controversial questions off the survey, my club has meetings with all associates on how to answer the survey. And honestly what really changes after the surovey??? And our club didnt do the survey recap meetings the past year, our club manager normally takes 3/4 days off a week and when she is there she only manages 4/6 hours a week.

I always answer honestly. I tell them it's a c-ap company. I haven't been run off. Not sure why people think that.

You KNOW 19 years with the company and honestly it's not the company that's so bad . It is the people running it from bottom to the top.

I hope everyone is honest and not "scared" to tell the truth on the survey this year. Not that itll do anything, but this company is disgusting now. I am appalled by everything i have seen and heard for a while now. Sam must be turning in his grave.
