It’s such a funny coincidence that every single time they are making a cut, our director goes on vacation! Hopefully it’s because he’s wallowing in guilt, since we all know they sent him to our shop to dismantle it slowly, waaaaaaay before they announced PSR.

Actually they do have some say in what happens. Of course the cuts will be made regardless, but they get to decide which necks are put on the block.
Sadly, i cant forgive you that you believe up managers have a spine ans actually make and or execute a decision.

That’s typical for UP leadership. Don’t face anything like an adult. Fire people with phone calls and have the mercenaries escort them out the door. Never even leave the top floor. Just drink some coffee and the problem goes away.
