Run away from VDSI. Life there will become hell soon. Year after year they come with some horrific ideas to better the work model. Next year they will realise and try to correct it with the next idea. This goes on. This year is pooling model. Most of you will go to pool and within months out.

Much of OP's problem has always been with the company, but in recent years the fad chasing was kicked into high gear under one or two executives, one of which is now sitting on the sidelines. His departure is another one of those changes that should have come much quicker.
Its the same everywhere. Favoritism to brown-nosers. Disregarding actual work and skills. The names change that's all, otherwise same as BR politics
