Am I the only one noticing that people can’t do their job with the same speed and with the same quality. Who can blame them. The leadership created a toxic environment with these layoffs and the threat of new ones, no wonder that’s all about folks think. It’s a matter of time before this atmosphere will become visible on the results.

The way it’s always been. Make the young guys so scared on their derail period they can barely think straight. And for what?
Mass chaos and confusion isn’t what I would call precision railroading to me! The perfect conditions are here for major accidents, it’s just a matter of time. When it happens the propaganda will kick in. Safety is everyone’s responsibility including UP management to provide an environment where chaos and confusion doesn’t rule day.

Sadly, It may change once one or more deaths occur, also sadly, in their eyes, it's cheaper to pay the widow.
In this environment it’s a matter of time before someone gets seriously injured. Such a shame.
