Anyone have clue on the Severance package offered in India ? Or how the process is done?

Severance package is Good in Oracle India. Long timers will make lot of money.
Does sales org give package or idc does? Any views which org gives?
And only the basic pay. I heard it is pretty bad. Sometimes it also depends on whether you are part of India sales organization or IDC. Best of luck
No Severance package in India Max 2 to 3 months Salary.
