I know our network has been going to c-ap!!! It’s why we had to beg customers to stay with us by giving them three free month of service after Michael tour our c-appy network apart down in the panhandle. No ONE EVEN was surprised it happed. Senior leaders even talked about how our network in Pannama City was junk well before the storm. Lol they were buying att prepaid phones
