Heard rumour about 100s being laid off yesterday in Oracle IDS & other teams.
Is this true? Can we get more info on it?

Oracle laid off around 20% folks from JPG IDC team.

Already started in IDC for few other groups like BI and Mobile Cloud teams. But the count is less and its only for QA. OMC is going hit bigger number which is planned by 29th
How much notice do they give for layoffs? Looks like just a rumor and every one is safe as the STock is doing good?
In Burlington MA folks talking of layoffs not sure real or fake
Rumor is that India is getting 60% layoffs in some areas of product development. China is higher. QA is going to get bludgeoned with a 60%+ layoff and areas under the corporate architect that use to be part of Prakash's org are getting cut heavily too. Parts of OMC are going to die, some will last about 6 months to 1 year, and others are going to survive in their entirety.
people in Oracle Management Cloud and Oracle Public Cloud are being let go. 3/21 last day for some.
