When are we going full turn key? Any ideas when the reorganization and layoffs will hit the vzw network teams? What teams will be impacted the most? How and what are they centralizing? Will we even have markets anymore? Rumor has it that all Equipment Engineering will be eliminated by control tower. All of the real estate teams are currently expense so they are out the door. RF, Ops we are all going to be hit. Details anyone??

While a wireless board exists, Verizon Consumer and Verizon Business falls under the VZ umbrella.
The same umbrella that the old craft trolls use to cover themselves from the inevitable surplus fallout yet to hit them.
Promotion boom....how about promoting this to the wireless board?
Wireless network ops/engineering, getting affected, possibly sooner than later. No set date or anything, but I would highly mind and truly understand what you put down on a certain capital labor survey.
If you start to see a promotion boom (direct reports getting promoted to management in shorter than average time), that'll probably be the first indication that a reorg is starting. If your management is driving what you put down on that survey, that's another indication.
Make no mistake, there will be more cuts and people should not have complacency set in. If you truly believe that another reorg isn't on the horizon, ask yourself how valuable are you to your director and what can they use you for.

The WIRELESS site has pretty much morphed into the Wireless Sales site. Everybody else is posting on the Verizon Communications Site.
