Agree that corporate doesn't care about the stores but the bottom line bottomed out years ago so they are only running in circles there. I guess they feel as long as they get paid, who cares.
The so called C Suite should care but they don't. There mere fact that Leena "take away the employee discount" is still large and in charge should tell you everything you need to know.
Staffing is well below the competence level in all areas, we simply don't have the people to do a good job in any area. We are totally hosed.

I'd say it is a little from column A and a little from column B. But that's par for the course for this company for years. Only difference now? Eddie can get away with a lot more now under the "new" company.
