Thread regarding AIG (American Intl Group Inc.) layoffs

So now, since a function of our job is phones, we are told we can't get up from our chair if a lot of other people are already up..for the sake of the phones. Yet, nobody cares to look at a route solution...fix the f---ing option number hierarchy and we won't have to worry about answering every call which happens to be a misdirected call...

The more stressed management gets, the more backwards they become.

WTF, they should monitor other issues including our reporting system, intellirisk etc. You can't get anything done in a timely manner. Shame shame shame!

Forward your phone to your cell if you need to walk. If forward is not an option on the phone (EC500), bring this up to your manager and see if they can get it added. You better have your ducks in a row as to why you need to leave your area.....we are all stressed...I suspect it will not get any better until we leave this soul s---ing abyss..........we could always leave and find another job right?
