Life is definitely not fair at any given time.

Sadly it's ever revolving door or leadership will be its demise.

Every new leader, on all levels of the company, think they can do it "better", do it "their" way. And none of them dare to think about the core of our business. Our people.

Costco has never changed its overall vision/model which is why they have and will remain #1 in the warehouse model industry.

Sam's has changed its vision/model so many times it's no wonder they don't have the commitment and loyalty they once had.

Technological advances should compliment a business and many have done this for Sam's. However, once you lose the focus of your people, you are on the path of uncertainty and eventual dissolution. Sam's future model is not about our people....or any people at all. Get used to the gradual elimination of jobs here. Sam's future is all about automation and the robots they want working for them. Stay as long as you can stomach or find another company that cares about their people if that's what you want.

The true definition of insanity is to stay here in this Company as a White Male there is no future. Company is nothing but a grist mill just grinds folks up . As for Management ,

any experienced white Managers need to look outward to protect yourself and family. Maybe uncomfortable if you’ve been there awhile but unless you’re at the point of retiring in a year or so, No Good reason to stay!

The entire problem is that as this subject is discussed the Haters just dismiss it as someone has a problem , a persecution complex. Well you know the old saying “ even a paranoid has enemies”!! This is real every white make in the Company knows it. It is hurting recruiting and keeping good folks in the Company. We as a Company are

grotesquely over compensating with minorities and Women and it is solely at the expense of one group. White Men over 40, under 40, they are denied Promtion , opportunity, have been targeted by Gender, Race, and Age , and victims because it’s the only group you can screw who it’s PC to do!

Encouraged in the Media and the Compabys actions , terminations, all done on the Basis of Race, Age, S-x ... it is illegal and immoral. You don’t solve the specter of injustice by creating a new class of victims of discrimination which is wholly embraced as diversity. A license to abuse, mistreat, layoff, deprive consideration of opportunity of just one Ethnic racial group. White Men of all ages in Store/ Club Iperations. Facts is the Facts!!

For the overt and obvious reason of targeting them by Race , Age, and S-x and is illegal. However it is culturally embraced by the worlds largest retailer and it’s a serious problem. Company has been discriminating against White Males under 40, over 40 .... for years at this point difference is today , they hide under diversity umbrella , empowering women! All in the name of actual overt discrimination against white men. The only group that is disempowered, laid off , cut from the team. Sanitize vile behavior with charity they force the Clubs to grind out! Worse outfit in Retail!

The company only promotes women and minorities . Being a white male under 40 is being a third class citizen. Being a white experienced manager is the equivalent of being invisible to this company. You can be abused, mistreated denied opportunity by minority screening HR and Recruiting personnel. Well known fact about this Company. No quality people will apply here. White Males need not waste their time or effort. After they read this they will push a few pet promotions believing it covers the stench. It won’t work. It’s not a good place to work. It’s a terrible employer and a very unethical company in every possible way. But nowhere more unethical than in what has been done to White males in the Company and pushing incompetent Blacks and Hispanics but mostly blacks to meet EEOC numbers . Top Management is all white. How many minorities are invited to Doug or Johns house ??? Right . Zero it’s all bull sh-- to keep feathering the best of the 1 percenters while f---ing over the rest of the white males and white people in this sh-- organization. The Company does not care for anyone. It is an entity. There are good leaders and there are horrible ones. Unfortunately mostly gone from bad to worse. They are promoted because of diversity not competence and it’s all too obvious where this has lead. We replace minority w a another special designation. When a company discriminates openly against white males , age discriminated it’s just wrong. It’s obvious by the pattern of decisions and behaviors what this organization has done. No one has the guts to say it or call it for what has happened. If you’re an incompetent black fat women you receive deference .consideration and are kept on . Even though you should be fired for being a lazy racist overtly racist individual of no value or worth. Then the company posts you’re picture on the wire and once more you get a pass. In the end this will fail. So will the Company it is a home for the third world and sh-- bags who have no business being in charge of a Lemonade stand much less a Company. I will say, it's still a good place to stay as long as you can if you're making a good wage like many long term associates do. Sam Waltons vision and model for Sam's continues to change and evolve with chosen leaders. We have seen both good & bad results of those changes. That said, just don't be shocked as more department personnel get eliminated.

If you are a long term associate making a good wage, then earn it. I know many that do and it makes it all worthwhile for everyone. Enjoy it and each other while you can. Seen too much BS and those only out for themselves which is why we see so much discord in clubs.
