Explain the four tier of Union members if you can:
-
Those Union folks hired prior to 2003, with job security and all protections.
-
Those Union folks hired after 2003, with no job security and all other protections.
-
Those Union folks hired after 2011, with no job security, no pension, but with all other protections.
-
Those Union folks brought in through VZB, VSSI, and XO, some with pensions, some without (XO), but with fewer protections because of a carve out.
How does the Union expect to survive with this many tiers of membership? Time to get to work for 2023, eh?
