In the end we are the ones that run this company...they might want to start appreciating us...we make sales happen And fill the shelves along with our employees...dont treat us like c-ap and expect us to sell out...its a 2 way street ...we get up and open the stores...we have the power remember that my fellow managers

Only way a store manager will matter to upper management is if store managers as a whole stand up and unite. You can replace 2 or 3 in each district but you cannot replace 15

If you honestly believe that store managers run CVS, then you have absolutely no grasp of what the company is or what it does
Very true, but the sh**ty thing is that we are also VERY replaceable. This company and its leaders do not care about us at all, just the bottom line.
