Since Kroger and WM are the ones who are in the the drivers seat with ending dsd, maybe ask yourself why they would spend $millions on CAO, only to “remain the same”! To improve our orders, what a joke! Anyone that has seen a CAO order knows that ain’t true! Those orders are a mess! Phones will either be turned in or given to those who stay.

No rumors of dsd exit in 2012, sorry! I’ve been around 19 years and until 2015 when Kroger planned phasing our dsd in their 5 year forecast, not a word from this organization. I believe it was their holles Mondelez would have been purchased prior to retailers phasing out dsd. That didn’t happen, so here we are! Now it’s eminent. Anyone who continues to deny this exit just can’t face the truth! You’ve been all but told!

Although I don’t know that much about Staten Island, ain’t NY rather expensive for cost of living? Would imagine you’d need to make more to pay rent or mortgage, unless you are living in your parents basement?

Big money is all very relative! Dsd is indeed ending and management has been preparing for this exit for a long time. Maybe the red flags aren’t waving as blatantly where you are but they sure are here! We’re in the hub of the action! Timeline for those guessing has been off, but reality is not! Keebler exited in middle of 2017, it hasn’t even been a full two years. That’s not a lot of time when you look at the whole picture! It won’t be much longer now. Make all you can now! I’d prefer to realistically set myself up for whats coming, severances typically aren’t that great and although it seems like a long time, it does go fast! You don’t want to get caught short! Had another merchandiser quit this week! Smart people, very smart!
