Enhanced Package

What does getting an enhanced package entail? Is it just 100% if the company targeted bonus (in this case 100% of 115%), or is it more than just a better bonus? Do you ask for it or is it only for certain levels?

An union member enhanced package is when the 1 time termination bonus is 50k plus your years of service. A normal eisp only Has a 10k 1 time termination bonus plus your years of service. So enhanced is worth more for sure by 40k

The enhanced package differs from the standard RIF. The enhanced package pays out 3 weeks for each year of service. So for someone with 15 years of service would receive 30 weeks of pay on a standard package while the enhanced package would pay 45 weeks. The same applies to insurance. The enhanced also includes STI for both 2019 and 2020 payout dates. And with the enhanced, you can never apply at Verizon again.
