Backroom will be stocking just as it states in their new role. New role direction (responsibility) was handed to them when position title changed

Can anyone explain what is happening when night crew comes to days? How will this change the schedule for the 2 backroom associated? We still haven't had a meeting.

Where is the communication or direction that states the old overnight associates will be unloading all the trucks rather than the Backroom associates?
Claims person got backroom associate position, got 10 percent raise. TL got other spot w /no raise. No sure why this new non team lead position is considered a level c, and what is their role when block scheduling goes into effect and the old overnight associates are unloading all the trucks?
