Just read on benzinga.com that the class action suit against UP is moving along in the courts, alleging they violated the American with Disabilities Act. Anyone sent home for medical reasons since 9/18/2014 will have their case heard in court. Nichols Kaster PLLP is the law firm. Let's pass the word to those employees that were sent home for medical reasons.
