Who cares? Oracle has bad publicity. I wouldn't refer a real friend here, perhaps some I will refer someone is secretly hating.
Many teams are still hiring and will continue to hire despite the layoff.
OCI-C has been in a hiring freeze for months. I assume we arent hiring after yesterday.
They are hiring in Seattle and trying to downsize everywhere else.
