Get out now, with no guilt. Things will get worse before they get better. You have to look out for yourself, your health, and your family. Stay in touch with those you are fond of, and have faith that you made the right decision for your sanity. Clearly, they have zero remorse for cutting people that have been faithful and loyal to them. You could be one of the next ones on the chopping block, and then you would regret passing up an opportunity in a more stable and nurturing environment. Best wishes to you.
