BOH numbers

Anyone else been having issues with bohs not updating when reviving a new truck. My last truck was double the size because of this, even my pharmacies pseudoephedrine products are out of control. It’s gotten so bad that they cancelled next weeks truck. But it’s a “known issue” so that makes it all better 😑

Ours keeps updating BOH TWICE, which is fine for some things that we don’t need, but s---s for others that we DO need. And it updates before the actual order comes, so cycle counts are all off.

Every other week delivery works great for keeping in stock on mid vol stores say 25-45k . Only problem is size of truck is awful

Takes 3-4 days with no help to get it out. I have seen where it's hurting and not working for low volume stores. It was designed for low volume stores but it's leading to empty shelves in those stores .

I agree with the post that stores feel like death. There is nobody in the buildings and nothing to buy. I refuse to pay your high prices Geeereez

Does a once every two weeks delivery schedule work for the stores?

Yeah, I’m sure. That was my initial thought, but after calling the help desk they just confirmed that the systems are messed up. It’s pretty terrible, I just had my physical inventory last month, so even if they fix it moving forward I still have a whole bunch of jacked up numbers until next year. Nobody has time to cycle count their whole store 🤦🏻‍♂️

Are you sure you weren’t switched to every other week delivery?

Stores look like death because the Store Managers are ringing registers or doing a planogram. Hours are cut to the bone even while the officers sell their stock and sing their own praises.

That explains why every store I go into looks like they have no idea how to operate a business. Your stores feel like death on the inside,
