Have any ptc's seen their severance package yet? There are several in our Market that have called asking if the severance package has been covered with me. So far nobody has seen their severance package and our Market.

I was PTC and left last week. If you’re sure of your last day, the club manager can request your severance package ahead of time, but no more than 2 weeks before your last day. I received my email with the severance amount (one week for every year of service) two days after my last day. I signed it electronically through Docusign and the home office rep signed it within 2 minutes. I have been told it could take up to 6 weeks to get the money.

When you terminate you CM will submit your severance request and you’ll get an email with 48 hours. Docusigned that and I’m expected to get payment in 2-3 weeks.
They will not provide you estimates and you can read the details until after you terminate. I was worried about that. I wanted to see the fine print etc but after I got the email and read it it was fine. I signed it and I am waiting. Hope this helped.
Your CM should of provided you with a single sheet of paper with your estimated severance amount, the sheet also contained contact info for questions. The week prior or on your last day (3/29), when you are being gained out of system, there will be a form the CM completes in which you state whether you want to receive your severance package via email or have it sent US mail to your home. I recommend choosing email. Our last day was 12/7/18 and I received my emailed package info on Sunday evening 12/9/18. It will show final severance payout. You accept the terms of the agreement by docu signing email and returning. You will receive verification it was received and signed off on by company making it final. The money is paid out on Walmart/Sam's pay period cycles. If you're under 39 yrs old you have 15 days after opening email to docu sign and return. If you are over 40 you have 45 days. Good luck. You won't regret your decision.
you must calculate your potential severance package. They are not going to send it to you prior to March 29th. Once you are gained out of the system, then the CM will submit for your severance package and it will be sent to you. I was told it could take about a month before you actually receive it. If anyone knows otherwise let us know please
