Feom the eatlier post, all divisions are like what you descibed. The workers are c-apped on and laid off while managers and sales do nothing. Thats the new business model for wft. One day the operations will realize it and quit giving 110% and let it sink.
It's broken.
The same thing that’s happening to all the other product lines, operational guys underpaid and overworked then laid off, probably outnumbered by managers and office personnel by something like ten to one. Sales can’t sell a glass of water to a man dying of thirst, same thing throughout the company worldwide. It s---s, and it ain’t gonna change anytime soon.
