I suspect the post is fake. No one at that level ever gets RIFed.
in the past years several IC5 and some IC6 were riffed or "pushed to leave", nothing has changed from what I can see now. Oracle doesn't seem to rif based on your level, skills or knowledge.
Hopefully it will be the "sudo" architects that get the boot.
OMC is really top-heavy even after a lot of the VPs, directors, and IC6's have already fled.
IC6 and some IC5 are also part of the cartel with their VPs or manager. Cleanup needed.
OMC & OCI? could think of any other better place
