I guess our store manager wants to blend in because his picture is not up by MPU!
I think customers should know what the store manager looks like and the store manager should be PROUD to show his face but this guy won’t even take customer complaints.
Our store morale is so bad a lot of good people have just up and quit because of him!
Sad.. use to be a fun and energetic place to work but now it’s just painful and depressing!!

Years ago the store had kiosks installed that were out in as "Customer Service " items, for the customers to use for a multitude of functions .
One of the options on the autodial phone on it was a direct line to the Store Managers office .
Needless to say , the order to delete the extension to that office came within days .
I always thought it was the greatest idea Sears ever came up with.
Because the lazy prick that worked in our store at that time only stumbled out of his office a few times a week. Any more time away from his desk, he was working on firing someone .
You know you wouldn't want to be the face of your dumpster of a store either.
You have to have a soul or you won't show up in a photo.
The next time your Store Manager won't interact with members and customers encourage the members and customers to call the National Customer Service number. I guarantee you something will happen.
It'll all be over soon when Eddie closes down the remaining stores so it won't matter much longer.
