Front end lead mss and block scheduling

The clubs already using block scheduling what shifts are available for the lead Cos/mss and the other front end cos ? And is the lead mss/cos going salary ? Or being eliminated ? Can anyone elplain the shifts for the front end cashiers and membership desk .

Not on block scheduling yet but based on the saturation of topics being about it... It's starting to roll out it sounds like. FT will have either a choice of opening or closing and PT don't work on a block schedule but business as usual.

For a supervisor, if it's before you have members it'll probably be doing club pickup, returns, stocking, zoning, refill spill stations, etc. If I had to take a guess? ¯_(ツ)_/¯

MSS and Lead MSS will help stock until their job begins on the front end. The club is considered more as a whole than being so separated as departments.

We have been on block schedule since October and any full time cashier, mss, or lead either works 5-1:30 or 1-9:30...we where part of the pilot so not sure what tweets they will make rolling it out company wide

Anyone have this information ? Odd that no mss or cos lead looks at this page ? Someone has to know what block scheduling is for the front end Mss/cos and cashiers and membership ??
