Vendors won't do business with Sears and Kmart because we're associated with Eddie. He took one of the greatest brands of all time with the motto Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back and ran it into the darkest depths of hell. Thanks to him, literally the only companies with a worse reputation than Sears are Phillip Morris and Trump. For us to have a fighting chance he has to walk away. His name is synonymous with incompetent pointless greed leading to complete and utter failure for no good reason at all.
