With Block scheduling is the front end lead considerd a floor lead or no.

With the clubs that are testing out block schedule, do you still have a MTL?
I’m an Mss lead club has been on blocking for about 2 months now all leads at my club are exempt up to your manager I work mid shifts usually 9 to 530 or 10 to 630
I can tell you that the MSSTL has always supposed to have been treated as a floor lead, though I never worked in a club where they actually were. They were in the floor lead section with the old scheduling system and would been in rotation with the Tech, GM, Grocery leads with the way the system scheduled them, again never followed though. Though I have been out of Sams since July so idk with any recent changes.
