Does any of the clubs know undergoing block scheduling how it works for the front end. How does block scheduling work for COS’s ? I can’t see greeters pushing carts or cart attendants running the service desk. It’s ridiculous! Someone tell me front end is exempt.

Front end is not exempt, but remember that just because they are in the same work group doesn't mean they will be doing all of the other jobs. There is cross training that happens, however our cahsiers/MSS and desk still work their primary spot. Where the cross training comes in mainly is if you have a call in, or need back up there are more people who know that job that can help out. This is what happened in our club.
