Backroom associates must start unloading trucks as soon the trucks start showing up after 4am. So they’re probably be working 4am-12:30pm unless someone else can unload between 4am and 5am.

How is the backroom associates schudale change? Since the job change in dec it was told it was a 5am to 1pm shift will that change again?
In regards to the new block scheduling for Sam's is as follows.
The shifts are to be 4am to 11pm and 4pm to 11pm.
For those two shifts Full Time associates are the priority, however Part Time associates can be utilized to fill/cover shifts.
Associates' time with the company will have first choice in regards to which shift they want to work.
Days off are not guaranteed. The new Sales Floor associates will be scheduled like the rest of the club associates, fair and consistent.
We were told tonight we will not get two days in a row and we would be sometimes morning sometimes nights..our managers twist everything that is good for the workers..
Full time only
Front end is either 6-2 or 130-10
Merchandisers are either 4-1230 or 3-1130..
Simple...
Seniority does come into.play for.once if your manager is following guidelines . It's set schedule you also get to pick your 2 days off.. can be in row of you want.. it's kinda nice because you know exactly what your working 4 months from now.
