Don’t see people posting a lot about specific layoffs, so I ask is it possible that they’ve stopped for a while. I imagine they are continuing in the manner of the so-called “stealth” layoffs where they lay of at different locations and in smaller smaller portions. Anyone been affected lately?

@jupb What was the amount of time between when they told you to move from a hub and your actual rif date? Hearing that not all employees are getting the same notice period. and sorry it happened to you.
Was just laid off list month for not wanting to move to a HUB location.

Layoffs are not currently required due to extremely high regrettable attrition and below expectation conversions from sites that are closing. Attrition is MUCH higher in the individual contributor levels so look for programs that aggressively rate and bin manager effectiveness through metrics and 360 reviews. Tier 4 and below Managers will be forced back into individual contributor roles to make up the lost direct labor hours.
