They have done layoffs based on who management thinks will get them furthest already. They have done layoffs based on who is close to retirement or vesting. They have done layoffs that help "friends" get to certain positions.
When will they do layoffs based on those who are there just because they've schmoozed the right person, or slept with the right person, or know the right person? When will UP target those who just talk a good game and do not actually do anything to contribute?
Just because Layoffs are done and it looks like money was saved. . . was it really? Especially when there are people who just slow things down and are better off with them out of the way.
Hey, if they are going to have layoffs, how about a useful one UP?
