Are they getting rid of member order specialist? Heard floor associates will be fulfilling club pick up orders.

My club will be starting training cashiers at the desk and to learn club pickup. With block scheduling and simplified job codes everyone under member services will need to learn to do those areas also. Not just Sco and the door. Your precious job code is member services and you will need to learn to jump in where the club needs in your workgroup, not where you want to work.
Oh yeah ...I have been doing this job for 8 years ... I would love to see others Mgr try to do my job ... it's fun and easy but hard work at times.... s---s the work we do dont match the pay for being a 15 year employee that make $1.50 over mim wage what a job ... time to leave the sh-- hole that all they do is take from us and give what back
Wow what has your panties in a twist? Maybe you shouldn't make assumptions about how much skill is required for certain positions until you actually do that job. CPU continues to grow so we must be doing something right.

Same thing, fresh CPU associates scheduled for you daily (not Gizel talking). Bribe words— stay here, you will be okay. Nevermind that there is no skill involved, setting you up for failure, if you have no alternate career planned. Next job asks, “What did you do at Sams?” — Your answer, “I grabbed groceries and brought them to the front of the store, super fast and with technology.” Gimme a break- Leave while you can still save face!
But from I've seen the position is part of the member service workgroup and will be expected to do things like run a register and work at the service desk.
