Here in my area the word us get your resume ready and out there if you are full time with benefits. They are supposedly looking at high paid associates, pip are going to be plentiful, they are preparing to just out right fire people. If your not in the inter circle you should be worried. If your in the inter circle you may survive this go round.

Why are you so concerned about lives being ruined, dept.mgrs had lives and families too and guess what they were also long term and loyal employees! Quit crying and take you turn in the unemployment line!!
I wish they could come up with a solution other then to ruin the lives of the loyal long term employees. People who have been employed longer than 15 years really care and to see them out of a job is sad.
There has to be another way to turn this company around and not be at the expense of their employees. Times are changing but don’t kick dirt in the face of the people that once made you great. I hate to see people lose their jobs but bbb doesn’t care about them. So if a big lay off is on the way I hope bbb sinks like a stone.
You are correct, all of us that are high paid, have benefits and stock options are on the line. They won’t fire us all but they will get more than half of us! The comments that my SM has my back and will take care of me because he/she needs me, well not anymore. The SM is fighting for survival
