Nothing will chg. Management has always had the ab8lity to approve or unapprove and they still do. If they approve it it will not count against th3 associate so the favorites are still safe. If they really want attendance issues fixed then they need to look and see what managers are approving these tardies and absents and put the managers on a point system. Same people at my club will still work when they want and leave when they want to.

As of now no. You will be on the report but it will be auto approved. It is on the toolkit paperwork that it is a half point but it is not on the CBL. So I would guess this will be a half point at sometime in the future.

Half point if you clock in 11mins before when you're suppose to clock in. Half point if you clock in past 10mins of when you were suppose to clock in. Half point if you clock out 11mins before when you're suppose to clock out.
So if you're scheduled 9am-5:30pm you can punch in at 8:50am without issue. If you punch in at 9:11am you get hot with a point. If you punch out for the day at 5:19 you get a half point.
Oh yay!!! So we get dinged if we do anything EXCEPT stay late for them. It's not about the members. It's about management working us into the ground!
@fnl that's if those full timers stay. Most newbies don't last long. They witness the chaos and walk away.
Our general manager said there are no points if you punch out late, because if you're with a member, you can't up and walk away. Also, we zone every night after the store closes. Most of us would get a half a point every day.

No. You have a ten minute leeway to punch in and out. If you punch out 11 minutes after your scheduled shift, you will earn a half a point.
Elimination is right. If you think you’re working hard now, just wait. All the people that they’ll fire won’t be replaced.
