CB is a joke but she's probably not laughing about it. Her team is shrinking by the day and word is it will be completely gone by Q1. Good riddance, what an arrogant wench and liar, she conned all of them, except Chuckie - he never bought her BS.

CB is a joke. Only reason she is here is because of the now CEO at Cision: cronyism. No idea how to run an org and pulls $**t out of thin air. Never has cared about her people and never will. Never has had a clue about marketing cloud and never will. She won't take meetings with execs at other companies for fear her incompetence will glow. She's nuclear - stay far away from her and her org.

@Y9fKE0d-uan its quite possible they are revenue drains - if they are support, they may not necessarily be profitable directly but if they are getting customers to succeed and can prove their value to the org, they can be useful. we know we need people who are ACTUALLY helping customers get live on their cloud implementations. This all seems SaaS related which is just a small part of the picture. The entire cloud implementation picture is too fragmented and people are too concerned about getting their piece of the profit from the customer. We need to be focusing on actually getting customers to implement and helping them from beginning to end until we actually build up a solid reputation of having a cloud (if we do). If this is a service that is actually being offered and Chuck is supporting this as an offering that he will put resources behind, that's good - as long as its done as a coordinated effort with other cloud support efforts, provides actual technical expertise, and expands beyond SaaS.

2) tell them you need off Oracle cloud and need to transition to them ASAP

Her team has been decreasing over the past 2 quarters and rumor has it will be gone by Q1. The help will be by technical people, not CSM's. Chuck hates this group and thinks they are revenue drains, not profitable.

This is through CB's organization? I think there was a thread on here a few months ago saying she was on here way out. I guess that was yet another b---s--- rumor. She has a small Org though, how weill she execute this?
