In all honesty, this interview style was revolting. A shill and her "leader" scripting every last word, fearful of the punishment if she should screw up.
All Buyers are being transitioned
RTSO is remote support, all the former product specialists doing call avoidance, software upgrades, IT support, etc., over the phone.
Who is RTSO?
Looked like a pre recorded video
Looks like all of RTSO is going along, too. That's a big brain drain.
From what I can tell here, it’s contracts, billing, ap/ar and branch support/admin.
Supply Chain (who was mentioned in the webex) but not everyone was invited to the first meeting?!? Is there another one planned? Wonder what that means for the rest of us!!?? Hoping we will know more once our friends come back from the meeting.
Xerox Direct supplies? Or GIS/XBS supplies?
Town halls are supposed to be for the impacted employees.
The emails have not yet arrived at our XBS core.
I feel like this is a way for Xerox to get out of paying severance packages to people.
Is the town hall meeting today?
We have no communication from any local leadership here. So now we’re all just sitting here wondering what’s next.
Affects AR, AP, BILLING and CONTRACTS
This sounds a lot like when Xerox moved employees to EDS. Again, no new ideas.
Is there any significance as to who is invited to the mandatory Town Hall meeting at 11:30 am in Webster and those who were not included?
What I got from it:
There are "significant number of people transferring over".
Steve B comes across as a snake in the grass.
A lot of things said sound very similar to what was said 8-9 years ago when HCL took over a chunk of engineering. Including the constant saying how good this will be for the employees that go over. About 3 months after that HCL started to lay people off.
Define re-badge.
