What I got from it:

There are "significant number of people transferring over".

Steve B comes across as a snake in the grass.

A lot of things said sound very similar to what was said 8-9 years ago when HCL took over a chunk of engineering. Including the constant saying how good this will be for the employees that go over. About 3 months after that HCL started to lay people off.
