I’m starting a company and hiring nothing but white men who are married, straight and over 50. Im looking to hire experience, good training and common sense. Once we begin advertising, come in person and apply. No online applications accepted. Apply in person only.

Thanks tjlu, always good to have the ETC HR opinion. But competence and legitimate expertise are important.
The same person, who has an axe to grind for whatever reason (probably lost an argument at work or is jealous), is spreading the same lies again and again. Management and employees are quite proud of that group who are doing better than ever and light years better than several years ago.
Looks like the discussion on the Reserves Manager hit a nerve and was taken down. Probably too specific and too close to the bone. It’s a problem hiding in plain sight.
Who is ARC??? Do you mean APC. There is no top woman in HR at APC. The VP is male. He happens to be a nice guy. Stop making things up to instigate trouble.
I have reliable sources who tell me the top HR woman at ARC is despised by many over there. She’s a real B, if you catch what I mean. She’s not considered to be compatible with The Chevron Way, so she’s on very thin ice.

Think more Anadarko employees will be laid off, but don't think that anyone here can say he's safe either.
