I used to take pride I come from BNY Mellon during interviews , knowing this company stands a very little chance in the market today . They just don't want to hear anything about our Job profile at BNY Mellon as it does not mean bat sht to them when deep down they know the way they run the function today is quiet old and outdated and does not adopt best market practices as a safe custodian bank .They have also ruined Job titles for most employee's with the recent change that happened a year ago . It becomes even more difficult for employees to forge their profile as BNY Mellon has some unique Titles that only suit their business module .Moreover , this organization has lost all it's values . Managers laugh and make fun of their subordinate's not able to cope in the market today during these difficult times . I think we need more b---s---t analysers than just order followers to point out what's terribly wrong in this company .

Heard most of the.people are using Bny offer as bait.to get into other better companies...
I have seen employees give interviews in office hours ... It's sad.. everyone knows it's sinking.. slowly and steadily.. everyone is looking for a way out of this madness !

At what point will it stop being BNY Mellon's fault? Will the Gastroenterologist use an extra large camera during your colonoscopy because of the company's reputation? Will the grocery store bagger put your bread underneath your milk? Will the neighborhood dogs only take dumps on your grass?
Stop projecting. Take an interview skills course. Find a new job. Move on with your life.
On the few interview I had, no one seemed to know much about BNY, maybe because I cannot go to companies that would probably know, due to my non-compete.
The interviewers seemed interested in my experience, not my title or who I worked for. Most of the companies on my resume don’t exist by those names anymore, anyway.
Focus on yourself, not BNY!
