Every area is a little different and it’s easier to hire FT than PT, people need benefits! We need more PT than FT! That’s true everywhere! Company cannot survive without PT help!
We have close to 8 job postings for PT help. The PT roles will close things out!
Our team doesn't have much movement at sales rep (however our retail manager position is a revolving door) so the most recent one would be myself. I was promoted about 2.5 years ago at this point.
Definitely another red flag to add to DSD ending!!
Our team hired a SA in February. Now they're looking for interns 😆
