Lots of upper mgmt reorg, realignment,mergers between different LOBs lately. Finding efficiency is now a dirty word.

Same scenario in Lewisville. Interviews being conducted last week for a July 1 start date of a new posting they just created.
Big contraction in mortgage coming soon. They are looking at top performing LO’s by volume. Seems they request the most rate exceptions and are not profitable.
Most employees in default (AZ) have received numerous suggestions from senior management to apply for other jobs. The suggested job openings have a start date of July 1. Read into that what you will.
