Piss poor off days, clueless management, a-- eating abound due to the elite in fear for their job. Once a great place to work, now it is a joke. Fill out this paper they say it won't be used for discipline, but we will give you an ftx on the risks you don't see. Don't do the work of 10, we will lay you off. Daily threats don't increase productivity, there is no morale. More mangers is not the answer. Oh hell stock is falling hurry lay more people off so we can continue our smoke and mirrors show. All lies.

Focus on doing your job while you're there, protect yourself, work on your resume and get yourself something better.
Don't give UP the satisfaction of getting upset. The senior leadership feeds off of it in some sadistic manner that I never fully understood. Don't fall into it.

Oh, the plan is working yet morale is in the tank......priorities I guess.
Stock is not falling it was over $172 at one point today. Bunch of chicken littles. Changes never run smooth. People don’t like change. It will take awhile to see if the plan put in effect is effective.
