We are now doing forced o.t. to cover those on vacation and leaves. Running this thin is going to cause injury to those overworked.
I read on this forum some time ago words to the effect of "the beatings will continue until morale improves"
That statement seems to sum up the mentality of the UP leadership at all levels quite nicely.
