PSA: SS has LESS power over M&A for PXD as CEO than he did as Chairman of the Board! PNR getting purchased or merging will be a board decision, not a C Suite decision. Please take your ignorant speculation elsewhere!

That’s what Ss wants because his son owns Parsley but bigger players are looking at taking PXD. SS is ready only if Parsley comes too.
