Okay, and in other news water was deemed wet, and the Earth was found to be spherical!
Meanwhile they chose to also sell assets to him...
So what will happen if old Sears wins a monetary judgement?...Pay off its debts?...Or maybe old Sears will start opening stores to compete with new Sears...LOL
Regardless of how this will pan out, this is only going to further show how f---ing embarrassing this company has becoming. Being sued by its former self because the guy that ruined the first company and is trying to pretend to save the second company but will of course run it into the ground again.
Is this Sears as in "Oldco" or whatever?
