Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Kroger and WalMart EDI

With both Kroger and WalMart EDI, systems are up and running for a warehouse transition. Kroger has actually been ordering product from our warehouse, not necessarily on purpose, probably a wrong sku. What this shows though is that they now have the capability to order nabisco. How much longer before you think it will be in Kroger warehouse?

I know, new CAO, right! All is well! Business as usual! We are, after all, the industry leader, right! I mean let’s face it, we are the only organization willing to pay our CAO a $45 million dollar salary with less than 1/2 the board of directors approval! Way to go! Not tied to any incentive, just show up to work.

Keep dreaming people.

Meanwhile everyday we get one step closer to leaving dsd! Won’t be long.

I hope so, can’t wait! These jobs are far from what they used to be! Fun! Always challenging, but fun. Management has made things unbearable! This last piece with all their bs stories....so typical. Sad to see how many people are falling hook line and sinker for their lies.

Edi is them ordering from us directly. As you notice it’s only in small doses currently as they are testing before they completely take over. It will happen this year!

There are some locked NOS orders we cannot delete as well! Don’t get me wrong, dsd is ending. I just had lunch with a friend who works for a retail partner and they shared EDI and how it works. This is indeed the final piece to the puzzle!

Yep Kroger is edi. Customer care wouldn't let me delete the locked order. Game over soon folks. Believe what you want. I can guarantee you that it won't be much longer.

Perhaps, but with less than half the board approving that decision maybe there were other options? A lot of arrogance went into

that decision. Lots of other ways his contract could have been written to protect shareholders as well as make Dirk accountable! Especially given the circumstances. To me this shows desperation, and probably rightfully so! A lot needs to be done to correct this ship! Pay for performance!

Folks, i am not trying to justify the CEO's salary. But we have to remember most of this salary was a lump sum payout to cover what he would lose by leaving his previous role. Crazy, yes!!! Uncommon, No.

WalMart has Dept 82 and pie crusts on EDI to test the system. Slowly moving towards the transition. WM manager showed me where he can indeed order anything, as soon as it’s in their warehouse. We tried to order a few things and they didn’t ship, won’t until the are warehouse.

It’s close people.
