stl spreading rumors of suspect at store

my stl has spread a rumor from the layoff.com of who they assume is spreading rumors and i heard heard it from the person they left in charge of the store and they eventually said something about it and spread it at store level and all recordinds involved store leadership.

what should i do if they affect store operations and create a hostile work enviorment?

I can't comprehend what you are trying to say.

If it's a hostile work environment, leave. Why would you stay?

My personal experience with the tip line is that it is useless, but that is based on one particular store where the STL and TMSL were VERY close friends (i.e. probably f---ing). Now that most TMSGs cover multiple stores that sort of conflict of interest is a lot less common and TMS' separate authority outside the store's leadership structure is far less likely to be compromised.

Go to store leadership! Hahahahaha! All they'll do is protect their friends and family.

Call the tip line (regional, it is not internal ie. store level), your PBS and STL will be informed of the pending issue and an investigation into the matter will begin. Unless something has changed, you can/will remain anonymous.
