Additional MSA’s ?

Well what happened to all those additional MSA’s we were promised. Our store to get eight additional, to do resets, pack downs. They are so far behind on resets that we gave so much new product up on top stock with all the OSLG excess that we have no where else to put it. Have not seen the current crew do a pack down yet. So much for promises made at the store meeting. Someone is insuring that they get their blotted bonuses this year.

your msa's must not be any good then because ours are current on all resets and help do pack downs on a weekly basis. They also handle all side stacks that come in placing them while also signing them.

They are right behind the additional part timers we were promised when they cut DMs.

The original number of MSA's were cut before the program even started. However, the scheduled projects were not cut. Therefore, the number of injuries, call outs, and no shows has risen. I am lucky enough to have seasoned hard working individuals on the team but the kind of pack down I would like to do is impossible at this time. My guess is that since the manufactures are supposedly paying our salary, Corporate has chosen to keep the excess payroll.....you know just like the Spiffs…..I believe the excuse was to "pass the savings onto the customer".

As a side note.....Please be careful in your stores, I am concerned with the way things are top stocked and left on the floor we will have a serious injury in one of the stores. We have lost too many people who were able to train new employee's correctly. Although where are the seasonal employee's?

Probably they were cut, that’s the order of the day, cut cut cut and then yell at associates when it doesn’t get done. I mean we’re already doing the work of 4 and 5 people but still they want more.
